A: We are both trader and manufacturer, which is located in Guangdong, China.

Q: How can we get a quote?
A: Please offer specifications of the products, such as material, size, shape, color, quantity, surface finishing, etc.

Q: Can I get a sample from your company?
A: Yes, you could send us technical drawing measurement or prototype. The sample fee would be refunded after mass production.

Q: Can you accept OEM or ODM?
A: Yes of course. Any logo is acceptable.

Q: What is your MOQ?
A: MOQ for stock is 1pc. But it will be higher quantity for customized products, and different products are with different MOQ, welcome to contact with us by email.

Q: Can you help with the design? What format design file do you want for printing?
A: We have professional designers to help with simple information such as logo and some images, design fil format AI, PDF, CDR, PSD or EPS.

Q: How long could I receive the sample?
A: It takes 5-7 days to make the sample upon receipt of sample fees. Express delivery takes around 3-5 days.

Q: What is the P/O procedure generally?
A: Inquiry — quotation — sample — payment — mass production — cargo ready — delivery.

Q: What is your terms of delivery?
A: EXW / FOB as per request.

Q: Which payment method is workable?
A: Western Union or T/T.

Q: Do you have stock items to sell or you can custom?
A: Yes,we have almost all of our jewelry displays and boxes, pouches and pouches in stock, also we can make customized logo, size, material, color as your requirements.
We can customize your logo on the products, if your quantity can reach to our MOQ, we can print your logo for free.

Q: Do you ship to different countries?
A: Yes, we have many customers all across the world.

Q: What’s your delivery time?
A: For the goods in stock, we can send you the goods within 1 day once we confirmed your payment, for the customized goods, the delivery time for jewelry displays is about 7-10 days, and the delivery time for packing goods (boxes, paper bags and pouches) is about 15-25 days.

Q: My package missed or damaged on the half way, what can I do?
A: Please contact our support team or sales and we will confirm your order with the package and QC department, if it is our problem, we will make refund or re-product or resend to you. We apologize for any inconveniences!
